We usually ship to commercial business and industrial addresses in the continental US within 3 to 5 days after an order is made, depending on stock and lead times.

Depending on where you want the item sent, shipping could take an extra 2–5 days.At the moment, we don’t ship to any places outside of the mainland US or internationally

We ship from 6325 South Pescos Road, Las Vegas, NV 89920.  Here is a FEDEX Priority Freight map to show shipping times using that service.

 

Most of the time, our goods are sent by LTL carriers, freight lines like FEDEX freight, SAIA, or XPO, or ground carriers like FEDEX or UPS. Some goods that have labels and rules from the DOT because they are dangerous can only be used for certain things.

All US LTL carriers and package delivery services know how to ship these HAZMAT goods, and so does our staff. We don’t send dangerous things through the air.

We usually don’t send HAZMAT materials to home addresses if they are too big to fit in a regular “ground” package and can’t be carried by ground carriers shipping to home addresses.

Our shopping cart should be able to ship and charge for HAZMAT goods. We’ll let you know if something goes wrong.

It’s never a problem to ship HAZMAT items to a business address, such as an industrial production site, a company, or a commercial building.

If you run a home-based business, keep in mind that you will need to make plans to pick up the freight at a nearby freight terminal. Home-based businesses that don’t have enough room for a big truck and trailer, a dock, or access to a forklift are not considered business addresses.

We’ll get in touch with you to see if we can help you find a freight port near you that serves your area. There could be extra charges.

The shipping costs for our products are based on their weight. Most of the time, you can find the net weight of a thing on the page for that item.

If there are mistakes in the shipping cart, you can contact us, or we will call you to talk about the problem and give you the right information.

You don’t have to finish a purchase if the shipping information in the cart is wrong or if shipping takes longer than expected because of low stock or problems in the supply chain.

Extra Services and Fees: LTL freight companies have specific rules and terms about special and extra services and how much they cost. Some of the possible extra costs are:

Appointment fees: If a customer doesn’t have set business hours and can only meet by appointment, there will usually be an appointment fee.

Lift Gate: A lift gate is needed for customers who don’t have a dock or a truck. For a lift gate, you have to pay extra.

Rural or special services: LTL freight lines may charge extra for deliveries to farms, schools, universities, many water treatment plants, and other “out of the way” places.

We try to explain all extra costs for our LTL freight options as best we can, but sometimes there are extra costs or combinations of costs we can’t predict and list.

When you place an order on our website, you agree to state the best delivery location choice. If there are any extra fees, we will let you know. If you don’t like the prices, we’ll gladly give you your money back.

Schedule for shipping: We ship most of the time from our office in Las Vegas, Nevada, which is open from Monday to Thursday.

We may ship some materials and goods from source warehouses or public warehouses that we use to save time and money.

Do you want to get your freight from our warehouse, or do you want to set up your own freight?

Yes, customers can pick up orders from our Conway, Arkansas, center, but they have to make an appointment first.

Most pick-up times are Tuesday through Thursday, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Call customer service or send us an email at [email protected] to make an appointment.

*Customers who pick up their orders are 100% responsible for securing their own loads.

*Customers who want to pick up their goods must sign a “Waiver of Responsibility” before we load them. This is so that customers know they are responsible for making sure their own goods are safe for shipping. You can get a copy ahead of time by calling or emailing our office.

Customers can set up their own shipping to pick up things at our Conway, Arkansas, warehouse. There may be extra costs for pallets and the work needed to get the things ready to ship. To find out more, call Customer Service.

More information about logistics: We may ship goods from public warehouses and shipping companies with warehouses close to ports of entry instead of from our own warehouse, so the shipping address may not be the same as the billing address.
