1: HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO MAKE AND RECIEVE ORDERS?
After you place an order, a confirmation email with a list of the items you bought is sent to the email address you provided.
After we get your payment, we will process and ship your order within 2–5 business days. We can only give you a rough idea of when your package will arrive based on our data and past experience.
The length of time it takes to ship something depends on a number of things, such as the type of shipping, how well the mail service works, how long it takes to clear customs, whether the package is traveling internationally, etc.
Shipping within the USA, where most of our customers live, usually takes between 2 and 4 working days.
2: HOW CAN I BE SURE YOU ARE TRUSTWORTHY?
Considering the fact that there are so many shady sellers on the internet, it is hard for people to find a good place to buy these things.
Chemical Villa only provides its customers with authentic products from registered and licensed manufacturers.
We have been in business for more than 4 years, and 99% of the orders we send get to their destinations. You can reach out to our online customer service team (Monday through Friday) with any questions or issues you may have.

3: DOES CHEMICAL VILLA OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
Only a few of Chemical Villa`s goods can be shipped for free, and the details will be shown on the product’s web page. Shipping is usually not free when you buy chemicals. Some products, such as GBL (Gamma-butyrolactone), Caluanie and many other related products for home and lab use, may be shipped for free. Items that ship for free will say so in the description, and when you check out, you will see that there are no shipping fees. Most of our industrial chemicals ship via LTL freight or, in some cases, ground shipping, and we do not offer free shipping on those.

4: WILL YOU RESTOCK ITEMS INDICATED OUT OF STOCK?
We would inform all customers who signed up for our news list via the email address they provided periodically when a new product is up and when a product is back in stock.
5: IS IT POSSIBLE TO SHIP TO A P.O. BOX ADDRESS?
We can send packages to a Post Office Box, yes. This does not work for APO (Army Post Office) addresses, though. You will have to use your home or payment address instead, and then ask your family or friends to resend or redirect it to you once they get it. Please let us know when you place your order if you have any special shipping needs.
6: OTHER THAN THIS WEBSITE,IS THERE ANY OTHER WAY I CAN OTHER YOUR PRODUCTS?
Sadly, this is not the case. Due to the fact that we focus exclusively on internet business, our services are not offered elsewhere other than on our website.
7: CAN YOU SHIP BULK OR LARGE ORDERS?
Yes, but it will be separated into separate packages if the order is too large. Your order will be treated with the same amount of discretion and packing as a small order, no matter how large it may be. And no matter how big your item is, you will only pay shipping fees once, regardless of how many packages we need to send!

9: ARE YOUR PRODUCTS LEGAL TO BUY?
Yes!! Our products are very legal, considering they are available for personal, commercial, and industrial use. Also, you may contact your lawyer to be well informed. As laws may apply differently with respect to your given locality.
10: I have ALREADY PLACED MY ORDER, HOW CAN I CHANGE IT?
You can change your order as long as you have not paid for it yet. If you want to change an order that has already been placed, log in to your account and click on the order ID. After that, click “Edit Order.”
You can still make changes if you have already paid for your order but it has not been shipped yet. Please send our customer service team a support ticket with your message and order number as soon as possible so that we can stop packing your order until you have made the changes you want.
11: CAN CUSTOMERS PICK UP THEIR ORDERS AT YOUR WAREHOUSE?
Yes, customers can pick up orders from our warehouse, but they have to make an appointment first. Most pick-up times are Tuesday through Thursday, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

*Customers who pick up their orders are 100% responsible for securing their own loads.
*Customers who want to pick up their goods will have to sign our “Waiver of Responsibility” before we load your items.
If you want a copy of the release, just give us a call or send us an email, and we will send it to you.
11: CAN I ARRANGE FOR MY CUSTOM FRIEGHT?
Yes, customers can plan their own shipping to pick up goods at GBL Chemical Hub at our warehouse. There may be extra costs for pallets, setting up the pallets, and getting the things ready to ship. Call or email our customer service department for more information.
12: ARE SHIPPING DELAYS POSSIBLE?
Yes, it is possible. We give you an estimate of when your package will arrive based on our statistics and past experience, but it also relies on a number of outside factors, like how well the postal service works, how long it takes to clear customs, and how long it takes for international transit routes, etc.
Most airmail packages arrive within 10 days, and 80–85% of them come within 10–15 working days. This difference is because of how reliable different mail services are, not because of something wrong with our services.
The main things that cause delays are clearing customs in the country where the goods are coming from and in the country where they are going. For this reason, your tracking code may say that your order has not moved in 5 days.
Before a package gets to its final destination, it has to go from local to national hubs of the postal service, out of the country through exit ports, through the international postal service to the destination country, into the country (clearing customs), and then from national to local hubs of the postal service in your country.
With each new step, the arrival time is changed. Even if most of these steps are done well and on time, a break in the line of delivery will make the next step take longer.
13: I MADE AN ORDER. NOW HOW DO I PAY?
After you place an order, you will get an email with payment directions. If you have not gotten it, let us know, and we will send it again right away. If you want to avoid delays, you should carefully follow the payment instructions.
14: HOW LONG DOES PAYMENT PROCESS TAKE?
Most of the time, we use money transfers to pay you within 2 to 3 business days after you send us proof of the transfer. If a payment is turned down by the company that handles payments, for example, because the wrong account information was put in, you will get an email. In this case, the whole process of making a payment will have to start over. After the transaction has been finished and confirmed, we will mail your order within 24 hours.
15: CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
A tracking code is sent to you within 2-5 business days after your product has been paid for and released for shipping.
A signature is required upon delivery of the shipment using EMS (USPS) tracked shipping. You can track the progress of your package through these sites:
www.usps.com (For US orders when the items have already landed in the country)
www.track-trace.com/post (Tracking your delivery during any step in the delivery process).
16: THE TRACKING WRBSITE DOES NOT RECONISE MY TRACLING CODE
Orders can be tracked after 72 hours. Because once the order leaves our warehouse, it goes to the transportation hub to wait for customs clearance. Only then is a tracking code given. After 3 business days, though, if you do not see a tracking code in the system, please contact us.
Customers in the United States are encouraged to use www.track-trace.com until the item reaches their country’s borders. After that, you can track your package using the USPS website. It’s advised that you register your email address on the USPS website so that they can send you regular updates on the status of your package.
17: THE TRACKING WEBSITE SHOWS THAT MY ORDER IS NOT MOVING
When an item is being held at customs and waiting to be cleared, this is likely to happen. This in no way means that there might be a problem. But if your tracking code says that your order has not moved in 10 days, please let us know. We will look into the problem as soon as we can.
If you have this tracking number, you can also call your local EMS office or USPS store to find out more about the problem.
18: WHAT IS THE PROBABILITY THAT MY ORDER WILL BE SIZED BY CUSTOMS?
It is not possible at all! We have a 99.9% success rate at getting goods to customers in the United States, Canada, Europe, and South Africa. No matter what, we have a free replacement policy, so we will send your order again for free once, or you can ask us to credit your account for a future purchase on our site. Once you send us an email with the legal notice from the post office or customs that they have taken it, we will send it back to you within 3 business days.
19: WHY IS A SIGNATURE REQUIRED AFTER DELIVRY?
Our shipping method requires a signature upon delivery to stop fraudulent chargebacks in case a customer gets their order but then says it did not come, even though it did.
We have a 99% success rate in resolving credit card disputes because we can show proof of contact between us and our customers, their order details, pictures of the contents of the package while it is being packed, and confirmation from the postal service that the package was delivered.
Every false dispute hurts a customer’s credit report and credit history. Each illegal claim can cost a customer up to $500.
20: I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY ORDER.
International airmail shipping includes not only the time it takes for a package to move through the air but also the time it takes to clear customs in your country. Please look at your “Order History” on your account page and figure out how many business days have passed since you placed the order before you contact us about it. In 15 working days, your order will be processed and sent out. But if it still has not come, then please let us know, and our team will look into the problem.
21: WHY IS RESHIPPING TAKING SO LONG?
When you buy something from us, we know that you want it as soon as possible. But our goal is to get them to you without any trouble.
If we keep sending you packages with anabolic steroids in them, your country’s customs service might get worried and start checking all packages sent to your address from anywhere in the world. If this happens, your packages will always be late.
When packages leave the place where they were made, they have to go through customs export control. If we keep sending things to the same address every 1-2 weeks, it might look strange, and the items might be held under export control.
