SHIPPING AND RETURNS

If an order is placed and payment is received before 1:00 PM Central European Time, we ship Monday to Friday.

Orders with POSTNL tracking are sent out twice a week.

Every order is sent from the US.

In order to safeguard the material until use, our items are sent in sealed mylar foil packets. All goods are properly labeled, but the outer box does not mention the chemical name or CHEMICAL VILLA Online.We are very stealthy, however if you want more information, email info@chemicalvilla.com.

Customers can anticipate their items to be shipped out within two business days of receiving payment because we work hard to get out packages as promptly as possible.

We do not accept returns because of the nature of our items. Orders placed are final.

All orders above $250 will have their regular mail upgraded via Courier/Registered Mail for FREE (be sure to select this option at checkout, however).

We are currently offering flat rate of shipping that costs $4.99 AIRMAIL worldwide by POSTNL, this is an UN tracked service, no signature, no reship, alternatively you can pay for a tracked courier service for $16.99 within the US and EU, or POSTNLTRACKED for $22.99. By choosing an uninsured service you agree to the terms.

IN REGARDS TO UPS

Delivery timeframes for UPS packages are no longer guaranteed, and some locations might not be reachable. For updates, go visit the UPS website.

PLEASE NOTE

We cannot be held responsible for delays due to customs or postal services, please be patient.

We DO NOT reship any orders seized by customs, it is your responsibility to ensure our products are legal in your country before ordering. However if your order was shipped via a tracked, insured service and it is lost we will reship 3 weeks after a normal waiting period (about 21 working days).

As long as this is legal in the US  , we’ll keep shipping; if anything changes, we’ll let you know. We do advise you to store up on research materials in case your nation suspends communications.
